He said he would be out as soon as possible. One hour later he showed up to my house. Once under the house. He found multiple bakes. Not only did he replace and fix what was needed. "The job was to remove and replace a defective well pressure tank, pressure switch and associated lines. There was no selection for this under the Specific Project pulldown, so I selected Plumbing for Home Addition. Anyway, Josh did a great job and went the extra mile of replacing some existing pvc pipes/fittings with copper and brass. I didnâ t get a chance research price, but for the quality of the work performed and the importance of getting it done in a timely manner, it was worth it."

"I was real happy with the service that we received from them. We've had them out a couple of times. I talked to the plumber when he came out and said, I don't have a lot of money because at the time I was in a situation that I had been injured at work and I hadn't been able to work for awhile. The guy said well, I've got to charge you what I've got to charge you but I'll see if I can't if possible. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. When he saw the problem he said okay, he went out to his truck and got everything he needed, he came back, he sat down and he got to work. He got everything put back to where it should be and everything and got it done within the time limit he said. He actually said, we are a couple of minutes over the time, we go in quarter hours, but I'll let you go and give you the minimum it could have done for. I really appreciated that because the way he approached it, in order to save time, he went out to his truck and got everything he needed out there. He was able to sit down and finish the job quickly. That was quite good I thought. That was one thing and the other thing was, I just don't remember what it was. It was a garbage disposal I think. They took care of that real fast too. They had to install a new garbage disposal and they came out and did that real fast too. That was different because at that time we were not in a living crunch. They do the work quickly and nothing is left in the time it takes. They just seem to have, the plumbers are good. I had a plumber out from another company and he just didn't seem to know what he was doing. <br /> They put little booties on their feet and their work shoes to keep from tracking anything in. They did get a plumber as soon as we called them. They came out the same day that we called them. <br /> The guy was, his uniform was in good shape. It wasn't real dirty even though it was the end of the day so obviously he hadn't been digging trenches or anything but he did take the time to put booties on. He was very neat, he spread out a cloth. He had to cut out an access panel in behind the washing machine and he caught all the sawdust so that his cleanup is very good. He folded it up and carried it out so that most of the sawdust and then he got a broom and a dust pan and he picked up the rest of it. It was good. <br /> <br />"

"This is the second time we have had Cherokee Plumbing do work for us.  As before, scheduling was done via phone call, the crew arrived on time and the work was done in the time they estimated (several hours).  The old corroded pipe was under HVAC duct-work so Cherokee arranged with an HVAC group to remove the duct work so the pipes could be accessed and then re-install the duct work.  After repair the waste pipe they thoroughly tested it, making sure it could handle flow from the upstream sources of waste water.  The crew carefully explained what the had done, were careful to keep the house clean when they went in and out and were polite and professional in their conversations with us. Couldn't ask for more. <br />"

"He oriented the the new tank so we could easily see the pilot light area where before it was at an awkward place-it wasn't something we had noticed until we needed to try to relight it! He explained the warranty on the old tank had just expired (literally 2 days before) but the company would honor it and provide a new tank but without any future warranty or we could opt for a new heater (different brand) with a full warranty but would cost more , needless to say. No way we would have known that without his offering the option. Overall we were very impressed with Mr McGee Plumbing!"
