Parts needed to be ordered but they managed a temporary fix to keep the house cool and comfortable. They showed up in a timely manner once the parts were available and everything has run smoothly since. D&W is always polite and professional. I did not receive call backs in a timely manner. In addition, I learned after hiring a different company for repairs that Larry Pearson's team incorrectly wired one of our two new A/C units during the initial install. This resulted in a false error code being sent by the unit. This review updates an earlier, more positive one."

They were able to schedule us quickly and did not try to pressure us into getting a service contract (although we did decide to do so, we were so happy with their service). "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."
