"It went very well. They showed me pictures of when they lay out the forms and the form layouts and design before they poured concrete and also how they tied in into the foundation and into the extended patio. They were very professional, professionally work and professionally done. They let me know ahead of time on what they are gonna do."

"Hector and his crew came out to do a tile job for me around a back yard pool. They completed the job as scheduled and worked late into the evening to meet the deadline. Everything looks great. Very professional as well."

"The overall dealings with them have been excellent so far. They came out but they have a really nice folder with their name and foundation solutions. They have been in business a long time. He did a very detailed drawing of the house with where the tiers would go. Theirs was a much more reasonable plan. Price is a little high. He had to cancel the first appointment. He said they had an emergency out of town with a company. He apologized over and over. He was articulate. Answered every since question without any hesitancy. He showed us a video online about the company and how they are installing piers in a persons home."

"Everything went great. Danny Gomez came out and gave me a quote. He was quite a bit friendlier than other contractors who had come out and bid the same job. He showed up when he said he would and gave me a good estimate. I felt more comfortable with his design and price than the other guys I had out. He gave me some pictures of his previous work to show my wife.

The job was completed on time and on budget, with no overages. There were a few weather delays, but they worked even when it was freezing outside. His crew was very friendly, and they handled the dumpster and permits. They spent nearly an entire day just on cleanup and leveling after they were done building the wall and putting the fence up.

My wife was very impressed with the look of the natural stone.

Overall, it went way smoother than I thought."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Nacogdoches, TX

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
