He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . "The valve started spraying water all inside the cabinet last night around 9 pm. Called Magnolia in the morning and was given an appointment from 2-4. Dispatch called me at 3:30 to tell me that the technician was running very late and it would be at least another hour. I was given the choice to wait or to reschedule. I had waited this long so I choose to wait. The tech arrived approximately around 7 p.m. The whole job took 30 minutes, only about 10 of which were actually replacing the valve. So given the time I feel the price was extreme. I've used Magnolia in the past and they have always been expensive, but this seemed a little higher than normal. I had waited this long, though, so I wasn't going to try and get another plumber and miss more work so I let them perform the switch. I would use them again if I had an emergency, since they have always been responsive, but I'll think twice given the prices they are charging."

"The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

"My sump pump went out. I had a membership with a home warranty company. They assigned Jerry's Plumbing. The response time was exceptional, and it was actually Jerry who responded. I found him extremely personable and friendly. You gotta like a person who has a big smile on his face. Jerry examined the sump pump. I believe it was the motor that went out. It was probably around 15 years old at the time. So, he pulled the old pump. So, he went to his truck and brought in a new pump. He explained to me that my home warranty would pay for a low-grade pump. I understood. I understood my home warranty contract. He then told him he was going to install a higher grade pump. So, I'm wondering how much that would cost me above my $100 deductible. I'll never forget his response. I can't remember it verbatim, but he essentially said, "don't worry about it. This is the sump pump you need for this house." Trust me... I was Wowed! Jerry didn't need to do that for me! But, he did. And, I'll never forget that. He immediately established know, like and trust with me. My wife and I have used Jerrys Plumbing ever since. They replaced my garbage disposal, broken internal water pipes in our home, a frost free outside hose bib, and most recently installed a water powered back up sump pump. That water powered back up sump pump really provides my family piece of mind. I've had way too much water in my finished basement because my electricity went out and my electric sump pump obviously didn't work! I don't need to shop around for a less expensive plumber that I don't know. I feel safe and secure with Jerry's Plumbing. He's my plumber for life! If I have any advice to offer it's this.
