Both arrived on time, listened to what I was considering and thoughtfully looked at the various areas needing work. They presented me with my options and helped talk through the decision making process. Once we landed on 'let do the gutters first', they broke down the details, materials, steps and costs to insure I understood and was comfortable moving forward. Then, Midwest Home Improvements team came and measured, obtained whatever permits were needed, and had new gutters fabricated and on my house within two weeks without any additional effort or inconvenience on my part. Communication was clear and frequent and there was no mess! If I didn't already know and they weren't a completely different color, I probably wouldn't have even noticed a whole crew of people had been there working. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. "What can I say about Dan and crew? If there were six stars, I would have given them all of those! Our powder room job was also flooring for the hallway and laundry room, plus a utility sink. It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. They treated our home with care, as well as our old appliances and new fixtures. We could not have been happier with all of it."

"QUOTE was TOO-HIGH!! I ended up having to pay $98 service charge for 5 mins of quick assessment. TOTAL RIP-OFF!! I was quoted $480 (later on, dropped to $425 to install garbage disposal - their garbage disposal OR $280 to install if I purchase the garbage disposal). I got another quote from a bonded and licensed plumbing company for $215 $180 was the lowest to replace a toilet tank valve!! Unbelievable!! Do not use them, their tactic is simple - charge $98 for service-call and then quote super high. Either you end up paying super high OR pay them $98 for a quick 5 min chat - you lose either way."
