He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. " Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
   As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Tom and his helper were very curtious and informed me of everything they were going to do before doing it. They arrived on the date that was scheduled and on time. When the project was complete, Tom had no hidden charges and had stuck to the original quoted price. While there, Tom had informed me of a saftey hazard with my furnace and plenum which he showed me an discussed what was needed to make the repairs. Needless to say I gave him that work too."

"It went very well. Art (owner of company) did a complete maintenance check on my AC. He worked diligently and completed the job within an appropriate time. He was professional, friendly and easy to talk with. I asked several questions in an effort to understand the basic workings of my A/C and asked to go with him up the stairs to view the inside equipment. He took the time to explain why there was excess water in the pan and what he did to fix the problem. I was also able to renew my yearly maintenance contract with his company at the time. This service is reasonably priced and allows me to shift the responsibility to a dependable company and not be worried about whether my A/C is being properly maintained."
