"Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. <br /> He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover.  When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem. "CyberTeam Solutions upgraded my aged Dell laptop (circa Nov. 2011, but still working quite well) from Windows 7 to the Windows 10 operating system. I contacted them after checking the Microsoft website and ascertaining that my laptop had sufficient memory and processing power to accommodate Windows 10. Al Estevez arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and performed the update. Although it took some time - a good couple of hours - to do the update, Mr. Estevez was very patient and thorough. After the update was completed, he stayed while I checked that the laptop was performing correctly and that I could access my e-mail and my files - and my laptop continues to work well. All in all, this worked out very well and I am very pleased with my experience with CyberTeam Solutions. If I had computer\IT issues in the future, I would certainly contact them again."
