"Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"Excellent, very efficient service very professional a number of technicians very experience, they have assigns staff to answer the phone and a technician that is well experience. Great service."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"AAC Heating and Cooling Services (Adam) arrived on time and looked at our system, and right away discovered it only needed a new motor that was under $200.00. "I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area. I have brought all three cars to this shop for inspections, oil/filter change, and other necessary services (one of the cars is still under warranty, but we still bring the car here for non-warranty related services).

On two occasions, I brought a car for strange noises: WPSC road tested the car and made adjustments (e.g., greasing up the joints) without charging for the time. I trust their work and the way they maintain relationships with customers. I would highly recommend this shop."

"They were great! Very informative about what to look for with the furnace, how to maintain it, and how to troubleshoot problems. Didn't give me the hard sell about additional services, which I appreciated. Will definitely utilize them for routine maintenance and other issues moving forward. Highly recommend them for anyone!"

"They came highly recommended to us from Mark at Ace Appliance repairs. I placed a call to set up a date for them to come out. They called me back right away and scheduled me asap. Confirmed the night before via call, voicemail and text message. Arrived earlier than expected and started the job right away. They showed and explained to me what was wrong from beginning to end of job. They even took the time to explain to me what to notice next time if i'm having the same issue. The repairs were extremely affordable. Great service, quick, professional, and respectful workers. I will be calling them for any future needs / repairs and would recommend to others. I love supporting a good, reliable, family owned local business."

"Great! Called in the early afternoon and they were actually able to come before the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a condo so you figure it would be an easy fix, but I guess the pipe was really backed up. The guys stayed until the job was done, didn’t try to hassle me or anything. If I have a similar issue or need other duct work done I would not hesitate to call them again. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!"

"

we were told that there is a leak and the Freon is expensive due to the 2015 legislation; ; we were offered a $250 temp fix and told that we were recommended to get a new a/c unit and furnace

No work was done.
