"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"I Hired Bertie to replace a water damaged wall. He was very responsive. The job went very well. Bertie is knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He also did some unplanned masonry work that needed to be done and did a great job on all. His cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again."

"The electrician Dave did a great job replacing light fixtures and changing out transformers - we hit a snag but he was able to troubleshoot to figure out and fix the problem - he is a really good electrician and I would recommend Evan Jones to anyone that wants electrical work done"

"Tim has installed several ceiling fans/outside security lighting/generator install, installed outside electrical outlets and wired my shed with electrical service. Tim, is a very honest person and his work has been professional from start to finish. I would recommend Tim for anyone needing electrical work. His prices are reasonable compared to others in our area."

"Scott did a fantastic job. Inducer motor was not working in my carrier infinity furnace. He fixed it without me needing to replace the expensive motor. He is good in communication and explained my questions patiently and effectively."

"I think they did a good job. The only thing is when I came home, there was like dirt on all of my stuff from the cleaning so I was a little disappointed. If it required that they needed to move a vehicle or something, they should at least try to communicate that."

"Project: Install an electrical outlet for a water softener, replace 4 out of date smoke/co alarms, replace 2 existing bathroom fan/light fixtures. He showed up when he said he would, completed the work expeditiously, and cleaned up after himself. He drew the necessary permits and promptly had the work inspected. I am very likely to hire him again."

"I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"

"Tony did a fantastic job. He arrived when he said he would. He knew just what to do to support the front entrance roof while replacing each column. He completed the installation and clean-up in about 3 hours. I definitely would hire AJF Construction for my next project."

"It went great, Gabe and his team were affordable and willing to work with us on cost. They arrived promptly when they said they would and were very responsive to us. Gabe constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the service. They added missing shingles and did other little things to improve the house without us asking them to do so or quoting it. When the job was complete it was very well done and we were very satisfied. We would recommend Gabe and his team to anyone looking to have their home painted."
