"Almost immediately, Brad (the owner of S.B. Bales Company) came out to my house to give me a quote on replacing my French Doors.  He took exact measurements of my old doors which were customized.  I told him without a doubt I wanted specific brand doors.  With that he called one of his contacts on the spot, gave them the measurements of the old doors and got a cost of the new ones immediately.  He separately gave me his quote for the installation.  I received 3 quotes all together from contacts off of Angie's List.  Brad offered an alternative solution without compromising the quality of the doors with the same features.  He saved me a considerable amount of money in contrast to the other quotes by obtaining a 2nd quote for "regular size" french doors then adjusted his installation figures for a rebuild around it to fit exact in the area needed.  Thank you Brad!
Brad and his contact dealer came to the house, re-measured then they both collaborated on the best way to approach the project.  This was great because I had the dealer there who went over the features that I wanted then I ordered from that point.
Communication with Brad was terrific too.  He called me a couple days before the french doors were to arrive.  He checked with my calendar then confirmed his end for installation.  He was at my house, prepared his area and started his tear out.  The truck arrived on time and Brad was ready for the install.   
Brad's quality of craftsmanship and his eye for details are impeccable.  He's personable yet meticulous and has outstanding standards that surpassed my expectations.  What I mean by that is he goes that extra mile.  The blinds inside the doors weren't quite right which wasn't part of his job, but like I said, Brad goes there and fixed it on the spot with the dealer on the other end of the phone.  He went that extra mile and made some door stops for the outswing.  I believe He wants to walk away with everything as it should be as if he were the customer.  This says a lot about his character.
The replacement doors look absolutely gorgeorus and I can't visually see any difference in "size" from my old custom french doors!  It's flawless.  How did he do that?  The doors have all the same safety features that I needed without the hefty price of a customized door.  Brad is an honest, reliable professional  who takes pride in his craft.  Am I a happy customer?  You bet I am!  With my upcoming projects, it's a relief to know who to call.  His consideration to reduce costs where applicable without compromising the end result has my attention and appreciation. He is a great find and I'm so glad I went with him and his choice of dealer."

"After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"
