"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"The quality is excellent on a tough install. I used EvenTemp through Sears. I don't know why you directed me to Western KS when I live in Rose Hill which is in SE KS near Wichita. Western KS Sears got me hooked up with the right people in Wichita."
