He was on time and available to help in any way he could. We have had other Heating and Air Companies but have never been as satisfied as we were today."

"I had them come out to fix a leak from my water heater. They charged me over $400 and I still had the same problem. They came back and said they would have to replace a different part and it would cost over $1,000. I asked if I would any credit from the previous repair which the part did not need to be replaced. They said no but if I bought their annual service plan I would get a discount. I found another plumber that fixed the problem for $150. They are not very knowledgeable, or reliable to fix the problem. Will never use them again. "

He did an excellent job, he did things for me over the years. He became my personal friend. He is also the first and only man to fix the leak on my roof. Price was fair , he was fair with me all the time. I have never with man who is confident and better to work with."

Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."

He was thorough and ensured we had our options laid out, helped us get everything sorted and made sure we were happy with the end result.
