"Hugh was great! He didn't charge extra to come on a Sunday. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my AC quickly and for an affordable rate. As someone new to the Pensacola area, I got worried about finding a HVAC repair guy that would overcharge or tell you that you needed things you didn't need, but Hugh was honest and affordable. I would highly recommend Hugh for you HVAC repair/installation needs!"

"They dudes rocked it! I was not the easiest customer/job out there, but Justin and his team killed it and exceeded expectations for me. Their prices are fair and they definitely do quality work, it’s obvious they are well versed in their skillset. On the final install, they worked well past “normal working hours” to see it thru to completion. I would highly recommend them for any new installs or repair."

"Kyle clearly explained exactly what the issue was, what the repair and replacement options were, and helped determine the most effective repair. Will definitely use Titan again I the future!"

"Chris came on a Saturday morning in the middle of moving to his new home. He fixed my A/C quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Hurricane Air and will definitely call them with any future issues."

"Showed up on time. Fixed the problem with the thermostat. Fair price, excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again."

"I know you read this a lot & sometimes you wonder if it is true, but I never write reviews, trust me on this one! But I am forced to, as the experience I had with this company has given me hope that there are great companies out there. So, I called my long time A/C repair company & told them my A/C system was dead. They came out & told me the unit had frozen up. This also occurred 3 months before. At that time they added freon ($500) & said it was good to go. This time they told me it was frozen up but they suggested I put in a new system. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Brian at Better Heating & Cooling & the next day he came out. He told me the unit was frozen but he wanted to find out why. It took him about an hour & he proceeds to tell the cause. Since I have a 3 zone system, if one of the zones is accidentally lowered to cool at a far lower temp than the others, it will cause the system to freeze. So, Brian identified the problem but the unit needed to be replaced as the condenser had rusted out due to the leaking. He educated me & you could see he was not focused on a fast buck. Brian came back a week later with a great assistant & the two of them professionally installed the new system & also remedied the duct work. They also added 3 eco bee and 4 smart thermostats. I highly recommend Brian!"

"Great service!! Found the problem, ordered the parts & replaced fan & motor!! Very knowledgeable & hard worker!! Zack!!"

"They are not on the PIC for Florida Northwest FPL, which means you are not eligible for 2023-2032 annual HVAC work tax rebates."

"The install went fantastic. Chuck did an incredible job and I would highly recommend him for any work needed."
