"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"Brian was amazing—5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He showed up on time, quickly found the problem with our A/C unit, and got it fixed. His pricing was very fair, and there was no overcharging or trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. Great service, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Very professional company! Office staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The repair technician was punctual, knowledgeable and covered his shoes while inside my home. My unit was fixed with no cost surprises and I have hired this company to service my units going forward. Overall very pleased!"

"Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! That was not the case with Chris. He went out of his way to explain his process and assure me that he was doing everything possible to ensure my A/C unit was being repaired to the best of his ability.  He even explained how my unit is not up to code, what it will take to get it up to code, and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely call Chris again when the time comes to replace my unit and bring it up to code!

"They inspected the a/c unit as part of a big deal coupon for $49. A couple weeks later sometime while I was on vacation, my a/c started leaking water. I called them up and they immediately (within 3 hours) had someone show up and look into it. Apparently the pvc pipe coming off it stopped draining which caused the unit to leak water in the house. The a/c technician that came out cleared it out. He put it in as a warranty fix, so it didn't cost me anything above the initial inspection fee. Perhaps they could have found this issue during the inspection, but the way they responded to it and resolved it right away, it was a very good experience.
After this experience, I learned two things: 1) damp carpet left alone for a week or more is not very pleasant. 2) RAS A/C really cares about customer service, and I'll use them in the future.
