"Since the cold water going to the kitchen did not go through their softener; we were getting unfiltered well water. In an effort to improve our water beyond they softener, in August I paid them to install an H202 system. After about a month the under the sink RO stopped working. The RO system was receiving unfiltered water that had the H202 in it which resulted in the RO filters being clogged with dirty rusty water. I called and they came out. That is when we discovered the problem. They had to work at trying to figure out how to redirect the H202. Craig worked hard at redirecting the lines and made it work. But it cost me an additional $400. It says on the side of their trucks that "We fix bad water." Well I guess they do, but boy did I have to pay for it. They do have good equipment. But you know, to this day they have not offered to come back to do a follow-up to make sure the H202 is working - I guess it is??"

"Our kitchen remodel went more smoothly than we could have imagined.  Everything was lined up ahead of time, and there were no "down" days when we were just waiting for the next step.
Demolition of the room began on Jan. 7.  The plasterers came as soon as the room was ready for them.  The painter came as soon as the plaster was dry.  The floor was laid as soon as the paint was dry.  The cabinets were installed the day after the floor.  The appliances were delivered and installed as soon as the cabinets were installed.  The counters were made and installed in record time.
Dave Limpus and his crew did excellent work.  He, Denny, and Josh, were able to advise us of some things ahead of time, but without pressure to choose any particular items.  They accommodated all our requests for our kitchen, and we are very happy with it.  If we had it to do over again, I can't think of anything we would do differently, either in design or in particular workers.
Our kitchen was ready for us to use on Feb. 1. 
Limpus is located close to our home, which was a benefit, since I visited the showroom multiple times to check things out.

"I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come. 
Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly!

"The initial scheduling was done quickly, but conversation with the handyman indicated that we needed to provide the clips to attach the shutter. It took some time to identify the shutter and locate some clips, and once that was done, it was winter. We postponed the work until Spring. Thankfully, the provider (who may have changed by then?) was able to promptly schedule the work, even adding the downspout to the hours work. The work proved to be a little more difficult than he anticipated, but he completed it, and firmly attached the problem downspout. He was professional and efficient and we were happy with the work.

"Andrew had installed a new water softner for us back in January. He used the existing cut-off valves rather than replacing them at the time because they worked just fine. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a small leak when turning one of the valves off. I called Andy to leave a message to see if he could come by and check it out. Since it was Sunday evening I did not expect him to call me back until this morning. But he called me last night to ask a few questions about the problem and he came by this morning to assess the problem. It was a simple fix and he did not even charge me for the work. It is so hard to find contractors today who are responsive, trustworthy, conscientious, and service oriented. I would recommend Andy and his team at Simply Water to anyone who needs a new water system, water softner, hot water heater, house filtration, etc. installed. They do a GREAT job!
