He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. "Arrive my place fairly on time on the date of appointment.
take a look at under the work area, the parts that I provided and quote me a fair price.
The job broken down to two part. First the disconnect and remove the existing faucet. Install the faucet I provided. This part she quote me a very fair price.
Second part of the job, install the reverse osmosis water filter system, she explained that its not the unit she use to and it would take her sometime to get it done right. This part of the job would be 120/hr. She estimated somewhere about 2hrs to complete.
FYI there are hundreds of water filter system out there, and I got a 5 stage RO system, It is a bit complicated system but not bad. I am happy that she is willing to try and I think her estimate of time is right on the spot. (unlike the previous plumbing service I try to use and the guy just BS and ran out the door)
I agree and she proceed to work.
First part of the job done in about an hour or so. She did encounter some issue due to some buildup and rust with the old faucet. however she done it beautifully.
She also took out the instant hot water unit and the soap dispenser that my wife dying to get rid of and cap the extra hole on the sink with a cover.
Second part of the job is tricky and not an easy task. took us a few min to figure out how and where, and the dispensing faucet isn't exactly a perfect fit with the existing hole on the sink.  But we figure it out and adapt, The system works and no leaks.
I am happy with her service and my wife will be happy with the newly installed equipment.
I will recommend her to anyone and will reuse her service for any plumbing needs.

"I sent Moe a video of a controller that was making clicking sounds he came with in the time he specified came checked boiler out found a bad sensor on hot water circulation discharge pipe and leaking pressure relief valve. Had to go to supply house to get parts and repaired boiler which did not want to turn on. We thank Moe and would use his company again for there service."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."
