"This company came through 100 percent! My boiler broke down in the morning of Dec 29th and I called 14 different companies to urgently have it fixed since it was getting cold in my apartment. No one was available except for a few including Lopez P&H Mechanical. They arrived promptly before Noon and took their time to diagnose the problem, and then went to search parts at 2 different locations in NYC and came back to install the new parts and make sure the boiler was working. They then worked on my thermostat to make sure the settings were correct and the temperature would remain at a comfortable setting. I'm a Designer and so I've worked with numerous contractors & builders and have gotten quite familiar with good work versus sloppy. These technicians were completely professional, kind and intelligent. They wore masks the entire time working and were focused on the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a boiler repair."
