  Comment: I can email you copies of mold inspections and their comprehensive mold reports, mold remediation recommendations, and lab results both before and after my building did their 1 day floor swap with a different floor as I remained out of my residence for prior 4 1/2 months while they alleged they were doing ?mold remediation? which turns out the new floor is warping, buckling, much like it initially did although not nearly as bad as before the flood caused by a burst pipe within the wall had flooding nearly the entire apartment leading up to the kitchen and had been informed from prior building management that the water made it to the 3rd Floor from the ceiling and wall below my floor directly where the PTAC unit is where the pipe burst in the living room nevertheless they tried to say there was no problem i was delusional in court so i hired a mold inspector licensed for 20 years now in NYC to inspect and his findings were shocking to him to see from that the judge instructed that the property hire their own mold expert who started their first job in my apartment as they were licensed that morning which they even said the conditions were uninhabitable. To make a long story short during the ?mold remediation the building continued to enter my residence unmasked and without following any mold remediation procedures 4mil bags when removing anything from the work they did because they had no oversight and they placed zero signage indicating mold remediation was being conducted nor did they bother to file proper post mold remediation certification with HPD (Housing Preservation and Development) and they failed to properly file a post most remediation certification with DEP ( Department of Environmental Conservation) nevertheless despite them only replacing the laminate or stick on floor to a mismatched other one they failed to follow both my mold inspectors as well as their own mold inspectors mold remediation plan and as a result they ignored the bedroom besides removing all the baseboards entirely still missing to this day needless to say this flood occurred on November 23, 2020 and they didn't start their mold remediation until 08/23/2021 and they didn?t complete their alleged mold remediation until 01/14/2022 leaving me displaced from my residence for the entire time while they stalled and made up excuses for delays only to say air quality tests had showed levels inside were lower than outside while two air scrubbers were running during the air quality tests. Nothing they have done was in accordance with the NY Mold Law or EPA?s guidance for mold remediation absolutely zero safety measures were actually put in place and they may have spread the mold elsewhere negligently by not following any common sense safety precautions. Instead now I?m at the point I?ve exhausted every outlet I could to the point the building will no longer allow DOHMH (Department of Health and Mental Hygiene) or HPD, or DOH (Department of Health or any city agencies into my apartment for any reason despite them all having cited the building or their mold inspectors for failing to do required repairs or file proper forms with the corresponding agency?s and I suffer from Toxic Carbon Monoxide Poisoning which has caused significant health complications that are irreversible in my life unlike the mold situation which is able to be corrected if done properly so all I?m asking for is transparency and experienced team to fix the problems my building continues to cover up as I do not enjoy the prospect of living in these conditions especially after already relocating for 4 1/2 months before and especially when this is my permanent residence so please understand that I?m aware I will need to relocate for the mold remediation to be properly done but I?m now familiar with the just of things having hired several mold inspectors since being the first one to take this problem serious because of my health conditions which...
