After wading through the list of contractors, trying to find one that was available, we called this company. The on call guy answered right away and was very friendly. He was at our door in about two hours and went right to work. (Pretty impressive for 9 at night on a friday.) He figured out that the main sewer line going to the septic tank was clogged. After about a hour of snaking he was able to unclog the pipe. What was really impressive is how well he protected our home from the nasty mess that came out of the pipe. "when I got home from work I smelled a strong odor of gas. I called Reeds 24hr Plumbing & Drain and the lady that I spoke with on the phone said she would get a technician to call me back immediately. within minutes I was contacted and the gentleman told me what to do to get the gas shut off till he arrived. I was really surprised that he said he was in the area and would be here with-in 1hr or less. He showed up in less then 30 min. He was very nice and located the leak very quickly. I was given a price before he did any work and he told me  exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.. It took him a little less then an hour and was clean, courteous and  friendly. As he was going over the bill he asked me if I ever served in the military? I not only was pleased with this technician  but I was given a 10% discount for serving our country.
