"Mr. Mirelli estimated the job. He was punctual, professional, helpful with information and was the start of a superior experience with this company. Cindy Mirelli and DeAna in the office helped me get the job scheduled and kept me updated as to when the job could begin. She was great. Josh came out to complete the job. He was professional, did an amazing job, cleaned up after his job; leaving the site exceptional clean. He went above and beyond getting the job done, being extremely thorough and detail oriented. The gap was allowing mice to enter our home and he cleaned out the area of the nesting materials and filled every single gap and void that were providing shelter for the mice. He thought carefully about what he was uncovering in the work area and went 200% to solve our problem. This company from start to finish was excellent and superior in their field to work with. Other companies I got estimates from were cheaper but indicated that would just "slap some concrete up." I had done that myself years ago, and that fix did not hold up. I was so relieved and pleased with this company, I would definitely hire again and recommend them highly to friends and family."

"I'm shocked by all of these 5 star reviews, but then again, I shouldn't be considering they ask for a 5 star review BEFORE they do any work during the estimate phase. They dug up our rose bushes and just left them there to die. They left their clothes in our basement and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. They also left one of their tripods on our backyard. Not to mention, my husband found 2 cracks from their work order that they didn't even attempt to seal. Oh, and the plates they put on the wall are all crooked. Fast forward 2 weeks and one of the plates is leaking. This is abysmal and I recommend you STAY CLEAR. All photos are of "finished" work."
