I contacted Mr.Fratt & asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the repairs. I did not ask to be reimbursed for the >400 units of gas I had used above last yr.. I never heard back from Mr.Fratt. No fault of his own just a classic example of you get what you pay for.  I had to replace the insert at a later date and remove everything he did.  If I knew that he could not get it lit, then I would not of had the service done.
