"this was a great experience from the return phone call from the cheerful/sweet office personnel, getting a quote the same day, to the hard working crew that installed it the following day. every single person here was very respectful of us and our home. they got our tankless water heater installed and ran 2 gas lines. it did take longer than we expected but the gentleman installing everything was professional and a pleasure to be around so we didn’t mind. everyone is very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. there was no i’m not sure, i’ll find out or anything like that. there was no mess while working or after they left. prices were good and they didn’t charge the $200-$300 service fee for the estimate like these other companies out there. that did place a small percentage in why we went with them. we are definitely happy choosing this company for this project and we will definitely be using them for all future needs. we highly recommend them."

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.

"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "Turns out the leak was the result of a years-old faulty faucet part. The tech had a replacement in his truck that he was able to get to work -- and that was three years ago and it still works fine. We really appreciate what he did because our water bill actually went down.
I'm not sure about the actual service date but it soon after we bought the coupon.
