"I frantically called on a Friday around 6 pm. when I discovered that my downstairs A/C unit was not working. The situation was urgent as my disabled husband is unable to go upstairs where the secondary unit was working. Carlos immediately contacted service technician Mike who arrived within a VERY short time (not immediately but close enough). Mike set out diagnosing our system and determined the cause was our thermostat. He told me what type to buy and how to replace it. When I m mentioned that the handyman who had just left had lowered our thermostat unit a few inches, he looked closer and discovered that the green wires had not been adequately tightened. Viola! Problem solved!! (Incidentally, the handyman's company reimbursed me for the A/C repair bill). Mike was professional, personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining what he did and why. Kudos to Carlos as well for immediately jumping into action. Both of them saved the day!"
