After they were done, we discovered that we needed a minor adjustment and scheduled a time for them to come. An hour after they were due, I called and was told they were not coming that day. The next day was the same – I called after they were overdue and was told they were not coming that day. They finally came the third day. The technician solved the problem and was apologetic. But it was quite frustrating that they did not come as scheduled and did not initiate the call to say they would be late or there was a problem."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."
