"I contacted TC's and was promptly responded to by the owner, Tony Coscia. After a couple of calls we were able to coordinate a schedule and time. After receiving a call announcing their arrival, the company associate, Bert, promptly arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As I had multiple, what I considered to be small issues, I was fearful I would not be able to have all of them repaired at one time and that is would cost an exuberate amount but to my surprise, he repaired all in a reasonable amount of time and cost. He was very clean and worked quickly.

Having zero plumbing experience myself at the time, I was unaware there were cartridges in the new bathroom faucets. Bert, an honest man, informed me it would be more cost effective for me to purchase the cartridges on my own and replace them myself. After his instructions, I was able to do so quickly. It was an easy fix to an annoying drip. I appreciate the refreshing honesty. This information will be most useful for the future.

He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. "Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple.
