"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"be was very professional , he introduced himself .went right to work, checked the outside unit,but no gauges,he said the rate for his work would increase.from 65.00 for inspection to 75.00 dollars an/hour.. He checked inside and quot;Aand quot; coil, he said with it dirty it was could be causing the problem. He also looked around inside unit for leaks but could nopt find where it was. After he was gone it did leak.

"I've had Ron and his crew service my heating and air conditioning equipment for many years now and trust them without hesitation. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
