I hired him and his team to perform a variety of odd jobs around my newly purchased house, and they stayed late - on a Friday afternoon no less - to successfully install appliances that Home Depot was unable to install (appliance installation was not on my original list because I didn’t think it was something Jermaine’s group did). All work Jermaine and his team did met or exceeded my expectations, and the entire time, Jermaine was focused on doing as much for me as he could. I will 100% hire Jermaine again the next time I need a handyman, and you should too."

"Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."

"No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."
