"My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. I called him today because my filter is leaking a little and he's going to come back soon to resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and particularly Moh. He's my go to guy from now on!"

He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. "Arrive my place fairly on time on the date of appointment. <br /> take a look at under the work area, the parts that I provided and quote me a fair price. <br /> The job broken down to two part. First the disconnect and remove the existing faucet. Install the faucet I provided. This part she quote me a very fair price. <br /> Second part of the job, install the reverse osmosis water filter system, she explained that its not the unit she use to and it would take her sometime to get it done right. This part of the job would be 120/hr. She estimated somewhere about 2hrs to complete. <br /> FYI there are hundreds of water filter system out there, and I got a 5 stage RO system, It is a bit complicated system but not bad. I am happy that she is willing to try and I think her estimate of time is right on the spot. (unlike the previous plumbing service I try to use and the guy just BS and ran out the door) <br /> I agree and she proceed to work. <br /> First part of the job done in about an hour or so. She did encounter some issue due to some buildup and rust with the old faucet. however she done it beautifully. <br /> She also took out the instant hot water unit and the soap dispenser that my wife dying to get rid of and cap the extra hole on the sink with a cover. <br /> Second part of the job is tricky and not an easy task. took us a few min to figure out how and where, and the dispensing faucet isn't exactly a perfect fit with the existing hole on the sink.  But we figure it out and adapt, The system works and no leaks. <br /> I am happy with her service and my wife will be happy with the newly installed equipment. <br /> I will recommend her to anyone and will reuse her service for any plumbing needs. <br /> <br />"
