"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. "John called immediately after request submitted on angie's list. He scheduled time to come in two days. Arrived on time, very professional. After checking the work needed, he gave me an estimate and was very honest at fixing one faucet. He could have charged me to replace the faucet in the shower, but he tightened it and verified that all parts are in excellent condition and do not need to be replaced. He did not even charge me for this. The rest of the work was installing and replacing faucets and pipes. All professional and the price was excellent. Thanks John."

"This company is good for electrical and some plumbing. When I hired them to do other work, there were costly problems. Also a lot of confusion about the price. It always ends up higher than the original quote because it takes longer than they expected or they need extra supplies. They also encourage you to buy a new system because **what you have is junk** instead of fixing the problem."
