"Amanda took my call immediately and scheduled the technicians out to our home in a timely manner. We had another company here about 5 months earlier for a related problem and were not pleased with their work. Jon and Mike arrived on the scheduled day and went right to work. After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, Jon could not find a specific reason for the rumble and vibration. They had taken the entire unit apart, inspected everything, tightened all the belts and pulleys and whatever else he suspected. They then reassembled the dryer and tested it. Whatever it was, they had fixed it. It now runs like a new dryer. Since they didn't find any problem, they only charged us for a service visit. You don't find many companies with that level of personable, friendly customer service. If I need any other appliance repaired, I will call this company immediately."

"In addition to fixing the immediate problem, Mike leveled the machine which had slipped out of alignment since the original installation 4 years ago. The job required two visits, one for the evaluation and one for the actual repairs after the parts arrived. <br /> He called back about an hour after my initial call and set up the first visit for the following day. He called back after two days to say the parts would be available in two days and he scheduled the second visit. He came on time with the parts and completed the work in about 9o minutes. <br /> The machine works fine now, and the dishes are dryer now that the machine has been leveled (as he thought they would). <br /> I would use Mike again.
