"<p>It went extremely well. JC was very polite, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. To be honest, our master bath is such a large area I was afraid I would not be able to use it for a very long time but within a week JC had both floors done. He did a beautiful job! I am so excited with it that everyone who has been to my home in the past week has been treated to a tour of my new master bath! I don't believe I have ever had work done in my home before that the work area was left as spotless at the end of the project as this was. I was truly amazed. It took him about a week and each day he showed up exactly when he said he would. He even left the work area clean each day. That really impressed me. He was very polite and handled himself in a most professional manner. I was all full of questions (It was a big job and I was nervous!) about each step and he was very patient with me. He took the time to answer all my questions. </p> <p>Having work done in your home is always exciting but can be very nerve wracking as well, but JC made it a pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We are planning at some point on replacing the tile in my kitchen along with remodeling the kitchen island and when we are ready for that project I will be contacting JC again. "Chris is great - we set up appointment thru Angie's list messages and texts - He was here on time and once again did a great job - He installed a new sink and pedestal we ordered off amazon and re-installed the toilet.  Ended up a previous plumber installed two mismatched toilet parts (bowl did not go with tank) but he was able to get them to work together.  Chris is terrific and we highly recommend his services. <br />"

"Nothing but high praise for MTB Mechanical! Nearing the sale of our home, I needed to replace one of our A/C units so I began quoting and comparing about 5 different companies for the job. LT Baker was the Systems Design rep that came to quote the job at my home. LT was very professional and very knowledgeable and took extra time to explain my options and teach me about the unit options and setup. I had questioned some info competitors had told me regarding my line set. LT came out a second time, took pictures, and sent them to me so I could make an educated decision. Trust me, when you line up 5 different companies to quote a job, you will be amazed how the cream rises to the top! It was LT's knowledge, honesty, and integrity that truly separated him from the pack. MTB was also very competitively priced so choosing to go with them was a no brainer. On the day of the install, the 2 installers were also incredible. They took care in protecting our carpet while hauling in and taking out equipment. Just another sign that I had made a great choice. To top it off, towards the end of the install, a manager came by with LT to make sure that everything was going well and thanked me for the business. This wasn't a big job by any means (only 1 unit) so I was very impressed that he took the time to come by. I would give MTB a 10 in all regards.
