He explained the immediate repair as well as issues to anticipate with my fairly old (15 year old system), including the caution that my systems R22 refrigerant is no longer being produced and is becoming cost prohibitive to replace (I.e. for recharging). Jonathan also explained the efficiencies of current models and a ballpark figure and timeframe that I could use in planning for a full unit replacement.
