Over the multi week project, Hope Plumbing was super accommodating as they worked alongside the restoration team, general contractors and the granite company. They also discovered an issue with our sump pump - something completely unrelated to what they had come for, but ultimately saved us from a more significant damage. We’re always quick to recommend them and they’ll always be our preferred plumber!"

"They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected.
These extra things were at no extra labor charge since it was mostly done in an hour and we had the pieces to put in, just a few dollars for the PVC pipe.  Did a great job, were friendly, and kind to ask if there was anything else since they were paid for the time really appreciated them...far more than the general contractor who was a nightmare.

"The two reps from Crystal Clear - Mr. Kimes, and I'm sorry I didn't obtain the second gentleman's name, were very polite, patient in explaining what needed to be done and what had occurred, and were very conscious of minimizing the mess made within the house. They arrived at about 1130am. The job was finished about 430pm. They fully explained to me what to do after 24 hours to remove the chlorine smell from the water. The repairs were done 4 days ago. Everything appears to be working smoothly since their departure. Two pieces of curious activity: 1. They arrived in a large sedan with a full trunk and almost full back seat (the company truck was awaiting mechanic work by Mr Kimes at the end of the day). 2. When payment was rendered, at the request of Mr. Kimes, the owner I was asked to make the check out to him directly instead of the the company name. He provided identification without hesitation. Both were very cordial and understanding; I'd call them again."

ALL STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND TIMELY, THEY COMPLETE JOS IN AN UNBELIEVABLE TIME FRAME."

"This was a good experience. After contacting MRC they came out and explained the process. They answered all questions and scheduled the job. Two days prior to the original start date they called and explained that the weather forecast had a chance for rain and thus they would need to reschedule. Once the weather cleared the materials were delivered and the next day work began. The work took two days and after it was completed a supervisor came out to inspect the work and perform some detail work.

"Of the several things that broke (sewer clogged, refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser) only half of one thing was covered. It takes days or weeks to find out if it is covered. The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
