We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that!
