"Had to go through hwa for a broken ac and the first company didn’t finished the job and as to go thru the whole hwa process but luckily Mr Roosevelt came thru this time and fixed the a/c unit. Then 5 months later when winter cam the heater didn’t kick in b/c the first company took out the electrical motherboard and caused the house to be so cold and I have babies in the house. Requested hwa to send out Presidential and Mr Roosevelt able to convince hwa to get a whole new furnace due to the first ac guy botched work."
