"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We had quarts countertops installed and tile work in the kitcken and three bathroom remodeled with quarts countertops installed as my project. I am extremely satisfied with how well they communicated with me. The various work crews were polite, professional, and highly skilled. The level of detail to ensure the project ran smoothly from the demolition, installation, and clean up was beyond my expectations. This is a top notch organization and would be the first company I will call for future projects."

"Bryan returned my phone call within two days. An appointment was set up which had to be canceled and was rescheduled. He was prompt for the appointment and two days later sent me a reasonable estimate for the project. A date was set to begin and Mark showed up to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Mark. He is skilled, experienced, and full of good ideas. When the old materials were removed damage was reveled which had to be repaired. This increased the cost, but couldn't be helped. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the result is better than we expected. The only negative thing I can say concerns the cost of installing the tile. The result is great, but I could have hired someone myself for about 1/2 - 2/3 the price. Overall we are very happy with the result and will definitely consider using him again if another project comes up."

We had a few other things that needed to be done for us like grouting and finishing small carpentry projects. "I initially hired JH7 to do interior trim painting. That work went so well I hired them to do exterior painting. JH7 Did an excellent job on the exterior painting of my patio home. They pressure washed the exterior and prepped the area on the first day and then painted the area on day two. They were prompt, very courteous, very attentive to the landscaping and areas not to be painted, contacted neighbors whose cars and possessions may be affected to have them either moved or covered and finished the project in one day.
