Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

"I had a very old Oil Burner that broke beyond repair. I contacted SS work services through Angiâ s list. Rob Called me right away. He came, inspected ordered the parts needed. Five days later three of his workers spent up to 20 hours in 3 days, removing my old burner and constructing a new one. They explained the steps I had to take in maintaining it. They were very efficient and I tipped them also. Today I had my inspection from the town and Both inspectors said when they saw my new furnace said that they did a great job. SOS work services were affordable, on top of everything, And overall nice quality guys. I have already handed out their business cards to friends and family. I highly recommend SOS work services."

"Hector and Anton are awesome professionals. Originally called just to evaluate the efficiency of our heating system. We have oil heat and there aren't that many pros in our area to hire. Hector came to the home and spent time explaining everything in detail of what would be included in his service. He also took the time ( was here for about an hour) to answer and figure out some other questions I had. Mind you this was free of charge for the initial inspection. He recommended a thorough cleaning and inspection. He was not pushy or try to "sell" me on anything. When I called about a month later to hire while hector was unable to do the job that day his colleague and partner Anton provided the same level of service and experienced with hector. He walked me through everything he did and gave a detailed recommendation for next steps. I was blown away by his attention to detail and patience. Additionally asking Anton about pricing for needed upgrades he was patient enough to discuss options. We have a central AC unit that can be used as a furnace. He took the time to inspect and explain what needed to be done and potential pricing for such a job. Outstanding professionals. Would without a doubt recommend VIP. Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. "I had been advise that the compressor on my a/c unit was dead and I needed a new central a/c unit. I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was. I highly recommend him for his honesty and knowledge, as well as his service. Thank you Challenger!"
