"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!"

"I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."
