All the work was done promptly and professionally through scheduled service calls. When the two units had to be replaced, issues were clearly explained and options for replacement offered in clearly described categories. “Sticker shock” was eased by a no interest payment plan and installation was extremely quick and efficient. All of this was done by a staff who were not only professional but pleasant and reassuring. I am very pleased with their service and feel well taken care of"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
