"Our repair technician explained everything that was wrong with our AC. A fix was possible but would only be temporary. He recommended a new unit and quoted a price that was very reasonable. Because our old unit had R22 we needed to replace the condenser coils also. This requires a removal of the furnace 1st. The replacement of our 25 year old furnace seemed sensible. On removal they found that the old furnace became detached from the roof vent. It was venting carbon monoxide into our attic space. This installment could have saved our lives. . I asked Lance to do a clean out but after a little work on his part the cleanout wasn’t needed because it was a small clog near the mains n clean out access. He only charged for the service call $90 and showed us how we could do it next time in a few minutes. Great service and great guy!"

"9 hours- twice as long as expected. The old tank was impacted with over a foot of silt so they had to siphon the water out the top (not their fault). That alone put them behind by 2 hours. Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault).
