"Contractor came out right away and gave me a verbal estimate on the repair or replacement. He suggested repair and gave me a quote. I accepted his quote right on the spot. And he did the job.\nWithin two days. He also did another job for me at another one of my properties and also did a very good job and it was done within a couple of days , he was paid in full and I was very satisfied with the work being done and the price seemed relatively reasonable."

"I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"

"I have just moved to the Delaware area. I was trying to coordinate installation of carpeting and painting of the basement prior to my furniture arriving. I left a message for Luis late Tuesday night, he contacted me within the hour. He met me at my new home on Wednesday afternoon and assured me the painting would be completed on Thursday. My room looks fabulous. The painters were there on time, they were enjoyable, and professional. Luis checked in on the job. I intend to use Luis' services for some much needed remodeling and more painting as I move forward. I loved working with him and his ideas for improving my home are creative and affordable."
