"Mr Appliance did a great job, the technician Nathen was very professional and knowledgeable. He parked in the street came in and put on booties to protect our floors. Found out the problem and diligently searched for a replacement part, would not take no for an answer from the manufacturers. We had the part the next day and Mr Appliance sent Nathen back out that afternoon. Great company to do business with. Thanks "

"This person is the operator of Appliance Dr. Lancaster, OH. We paid him $100.00 cash for the service call. He stated he would order the part for the burner on the stove. He called stating he would be there between 12 &3 on Monday. He called at 9pm stating he just got home and he would come Tues. at 12 noon. It is now 5pm and there has been no word from him. I am glad that I did Not pay him for the entire job. He doesn't is very irresponsible, and I would NOT hire him for anything. I will just purchase a new range istead of getting this one fixed."
