No options were offered, but then again, there was no upselling, or attempts to get me to purchase a maintenance plan or a water filter or other stuff that I got from their competitors. The guys arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. They handled the permit and gave clear instructions on scheduling an inspection. Haven't had any issues. "I had an issue with the initial technician, so I called and asked to speak to a services manager. The manager promptly returned my call, and arranged for another technician to come to my house. The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me accurate information re: the cost of repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

"James was great! I would hire them again. He replaced all four outdoor lights as well as shifted a wall thermostat so it wasn’t in the middle of our wall. He spent the extra time needed to get the thermostat done as well as run two separate times to Home Depot to get the equipment he needed. And the price they set was the price I paid as they didn’t charge me additional for the extra time. Thank You! (LOL - water heater wasn’t done, it was the only choice)"

"Overall very happy and will use them again - maybe.(; I originally hired them for the electrical part of my new kitchen and to install a new - upgraded electrical panel. I added so many additional small jobs during the process that I may never have to hire them again - but I would if I needed to. We have an old ranch (60ish years old) and our electrical was a mess. I kept finding things to fix/upgrade/replace improve every time Craig was here so now we don't need any more electrical work. I felt very comfortable allowing them to work in my home unsupervised."
