"We were having an issue with our heating unit leaking water everywhere in our basement. David from Palmer Gas & Oil came out to do our safety check and after giving us a passing grade, immediately starting working on our problem. We did not have to call to have someone else come out after the safety check was done. David took care of the issue while he was there. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He had our problem taken care of in no time. Awesome customer service!"

"Was in the area and able to come by within an hour to complete the work. Quick, quality service, fair prices. Highly recommend"

"Eric did a great job putting together my patio table. Polite and great customer service."

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"We own a home in Gloucester that we rent out during the high season. During the hottest week of the summer, two of our central A/C units broke down and we needed to replace them fast. I called ten different A/C companies on a Sunday night—and was amazed that I reached SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS directly. Sarah sent out someone from their team the next day to do a diagnostic; we ended up replacing the two units within days of that first visit. Every time I called the office, someone answered. Every time I wrote to SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS, I received quick responses, clear answers and very courteous service. They deserve FIVE STARS every time. When the units were installed, the tech called me about the wall mount placement and then again to tell me they were leaving. SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS was so easy to work with and I'm relieved to know that they are nearby and ready to help when needed. Thank you to Sarah, Rich, Frank and everyone on the SEASHORE COMFORT SOLUTIONS team!!"

"Called Hudson Heating and spoke to Gill. He was super nice and told me a couple of things to try since I am a bit of a handyman. What he told me over the phone fixed the problem and saved me a service call. You don't get people like this today. He could have taken advantage of this situation and come out for a service call. I really appreciated what he did and I will use Hudson in the future for any and all of my needs. I highly recommend Hudson and Gill."

"Mitchell was very professional and great at the work he’s done on my 2 homes. I’ve had 2 bathroom remodels. Funace and hot water heater replaced. Put an expansion water tank on one of my homes. Hooked up my water for my new refrigerator and dishwasher. Have not had any issues with his work. Highly recommend."
