"I had to review this company a 2nd time just to give credit to both guys that came out to help. I just bought a house and unfortunately for me the plumbing problems were worse than anticipated. KJ was the first to come out and did a great job for his part. Very professional, very polite, was even kind enough to have consideration for my child being asleep in the next room. Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had a such a great experience that when a separate issue arose I called them back. Jesse was the 2nd tech. That man is very thorough and determined. He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act. Even put booties on his feet to protect my carpet. Truly above and beyond service. Thank you to this whole company for making a lousy thing like busted plumbing into a pleasant interaction with their great crew! Y'all are truly Rockstars."

"Seth came over to check the job, which was to replace a cartridge in a tub faucet that was dripping. quoted 300 bucks. I paid him He had a hard time getting the old one out, as it was very tight. Anyway, he installed the new one, turned on the water to see if it was ok. No drips when turned off. He seemed to be in a hurry, so he left, not bothering to clean up after the job was done. The next morning I went downstairs to find my basement flooded, with a water leak coming from the bathroom where the work was done. I called him, he came over and told me ( without even looking at the problem ) the the shower valve " probably and broke from the water pressure after replacing the cartridge.. he told me it would be 1300 bucks to repair. He left, after capping off the water lines to the tub. He never contacted me after that. Basement was flooded, the bedroom upstairs had soaked carpet. Contractor I hired showed me damage was done during installation of the cartridge. "

"Last year in 2024 I hard them to come and remodel my kitchen and flooring. I am disabled and I have a hover around which I can take outside. However when the weather got warm I was going to take my hub around out into the yard but the door frame was too small from what it used to be. I called and asked if they could come and modify the door frame and they were quick to respond and modified my door frame from the kitchen out to the porch. Now I can take my hub around outside and enjoy working in my flowers. I highly highly recommend Robin's remodeling. They are a fantastic crew and deserve nothing but the best. "To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatment. DO not use this service. They charged a 175 diagnostic fee which was completely understandable the first time that the technician came out. The technician was evaluating the washer for an hour and reset the motherboard. I was told that it might not fix the problem and that they might have to come back out but that the return visit would be covered by the 175$ initial fee. I called back the next day because the problem was not fixed and rescheduled a return visit. I unfortunately was not in the house that day due to having to work. The technician said that it would need a sensor replaced and proceeded to charge another 275$. They have now charged 450$ for a washer thats only worth about that much and its still broken. I have used other services in the past and I regret not going with them. This company is nothing but a scam looking to nickle and dime you out of whatever money they can. I talked to Tiffany who titled herself as the manager and told me that there was no one else I could talk to."
