"They contacted me promptly but I decided to hold off replacing my water heater"

"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

"Todd was very communicative, stayed on the job throughout the duration of it, handled added requests and unforeseen glitches professionally, cleaned up after himself, performed high quality work, coordinated with the plumber, and is an all around nice guy. I strongly recommend him and would hire him again."

"They came out when they said they would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repair/replacement during the visit. Within a few days they scheduled the replacement work."

"John is a very friendly and knowledgeable man. He is helpful and communicates his schedule several times daily. He did an amazing job on our powder room. We are beyond thrilled with the end result and would definitely ask him back to do more repairs as needed."

"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family. I plan on using Pacific Stone and Tile every time I need countertops."
