Good to see there are still some good old fashion merchants still around that are willing to work with their customers on an individual basis. <br />  I told him that I had a hard time changing the filter where it was located on my old unit, so he relocated it to a place that I could just slide out the used filter and put in a new one. <br /> He then had me contact his wife who takes care of the vent cleaning side of the business and she also came in $50.00 less than the other bids, because she gave me a discount for my doing business with them.  <br /> He and his workers were friendly, courteous and hard working. <br /> Then he came back on Wednesday to check if everything was working properly. <br /> In the future I will not hesitate to call him for any maintenance on my new heating-A/C units but also to do any plumbing and fireplace work I need to have done. <br /> What a great experience! <br />"
