"Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances.
They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home.
The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise.
They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated.

"I cannot say enough good things about Scott fence! First, he arrived for an estimate as promised. He did get lost and I missed his call but he called several times until he got me & arrived promptly as soon as i explained where i was. He made recommendations based on the area we wanted to fence that were extremely helpful and showed his level of experience. The price he gave is was fantastic, considering he works with true PVC vinyl fencing (he beat out another fence company by atleast $500). We met with Scott Fence 2 more times after the initial consultation: the 2nd time, he was kind enough to give us time to speak to our neighbors about the upcoming installation, and even helped mediate minor debates about property line & fence placement. He was EXTREMELY helpful with this, which i had to mention because no fence company is responsible for making your neighbors feel ok with fence installation, but Scott Fence took this challenge without hesitation. The third time we met was to finalize the contract. He was able to install the fence 3 days later! His crew arrived as promised that Saturday morning, and worked throughout the day to finish the job. There was a tiny miscommunication: one neighbor already had 4ft pvc fencing and while we wanted to go with 5 ft, we told Scott Fence we wanted to match the neighbors' fence in height, but it was misunderstood as height and style (we installed plain solid & the neighbor has lattice topped fence). Initially I was going to give the go ahead to install but i later told Scott Fence that i wasnt crazy about the lattice fence and he said no worries, that he would order the correct fencing free of charge and install what i wanted. He is truly all about making his customers happy. There was even a small section of unfenced area in out back yard that was previously blocked with cinderblocks that he fenced for free! I also want to mention, he had no idea i found him on Angies list, not until the 2nd visit. I intentionally did not mention it because i like to see the true colors of service providers when they are not focused on getting a good review. There is more that we plan to fence in the future and we will not hesitate to contact Scott Fence. Glenn, the main contact, is wonderful. Cheerful, informative and definitely about his business. "Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"

"I had a great experience with Infinity Fence. We needed to replace a mix of chain link and wood fence that were both rusty and/or falling apart. I got 3 different quotes and Infinity was very personable about the whole process and they matched the like-for-like quote from one of the vendors. This made my decision on who to go with very easy. Their team was able to remove the old fence and install about 200 feet of new fence in 2.5 days. The crew on-site was very good, my property threw a couple of challenges at them but they did an excellent job to not only overcome them but have the fence come out looking beautiful. try to get us in before the weekend (4 days away) and they were at the
house a day later. They were safe, quick and cleaned up very well. Even
after they got into their truck to leave - the truck stopped, one of the
guys hopped out and ran out into the lawn to pick up a few missed
chips. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
