They provided a clear explanation of the installation process, answered questions directly, and completed the work efficiently. I valued their use of text messaging to arrange the work, as it was most efficient and allowed me to share photos of the work area so they could plan the installation in advance. "We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"The problem happened to be that the main water valve was cracked. He informed us that the town was reasponsible for the repair. He stayed at the house until the town returned a call and dispatched the public works department. The cracked water main valve also caused a drop in water pressure which left open a heating zone from our boiler. He lossened the valve which fixed the open heating zone. I would definetly use Clay Plumbing again. They were reasponsive, fairly priced, and proffessional"
