Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. "My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"My initial contact with Mattioni was to simply schedule a winter check-up on the furnace in our new house. I knew the furnace, a/c, and water heater were all about 11 years old and could be in need of replacement. One month later, I’ve had Mattioni replace all three and also perform some smaller plumbing jobs after the annual healthy home plumbing inspection they offer as part of their contract program (which came free for one year after I had the furnace and a/c installed). They’ve done too much work for me to go into detail on every aspect of every job they did, but, on the whole I have been very impressed with Mattioni. Their customer service, quality, and attention to detail seems top notch. If you’re just comparing prices, they’re probably not the cheapest contractor to use, but if you factor in the quality of the service they’re providing, I think their prices are very good, which is why I rated them A in this regard. As with any big jobs like installing a furnace or water heater, small hiccups can occur - in fact, a week after the furnace was installed and I had the plumbing inspection, a small gas leak was detected. After the hot water heater was installed, one of the fittings in the pipe that leads into the water heater leaked a small amount of water and set off the alarm they installed. In my view, small hiccups like this are to be expected when new installations occur. Where Mattioni really shined was in their response to these problems. In particular, I would recognize Jared C., the plumber who did most of our plumbing work. He noticed the small gas leak and had one of the HVAC techs sent out within several hours to address it. He also returned the late the same day he had installed the hot water heater to correct the small leak that had resulted from a defective fitting. I found his attention to detail and willingness to help my wife troubleshoot over the phone and then return late after a long day and fix the small problem to be exemplary customer service. On the whole, I highly recommend Mattioni. If you’re just interested in finding the contractor with the lowest price, Mattioni is probably not going to be your preferred contractor (although they were willing to match lower quotes I received on the hot water heater install). If you’re looking for an HVAC or plumbing company that has responsive and friendly customer service, technicians that pay attention to detail and treat your house as your own, and will ensure that the job is done both correctly and with a high degree of quality, Mattioni seems to be one of the best I’ve used in my years as a homeowner. They will certainly be my go-to plumber and HVAC company for the foreseeable future."

"The technician was on time and polite, and careful about our home. He determined that the freon was gone in our system and tried to give it a freon boost. It was unsuccessful and he said that indicated a leak somewhere in the line between the basement and the outdoor unit. He suggested a new unit since our unit is 7 years old and was a base model. We discussed units and he suggested that he would get in touch with Mr. Dibiase who would be better able to give us the information we required. Mr. Dibiase called us and gave me some figures over the phone, but I wanted to have him come out in person and could not schedule it for several weeks because of my own commitments. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Several days later, my husband recalled that he had added our heat pump to a Sears Service Agreement that allowed us to add existing appliances less than ten years old to our service contract for the Kenmore applicances we already had. We called Sears and they came out and were successful at adding freon. They suggested we call again at the beginning of the AC season to have them evaluate the system. This does not mean we won't use DiBiase, but we were surprised that Sears was able to add freon and the Dibiase tech was not. Perhaps we just didn't understand fully, but we will give the Sears service contract another try before replacing the entire unit.

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."
